Aegon UK has appointed Dougie Kennedy as its new Chief Technology Officer. Effective immediately, Dougie has taken the role on a permanent basis, having served as Interim Chief Technology Officer since October 2023.

First joining the Aegon Group in 2007, Dougie has held numerous senior roles across a variety of Group business units and countries – including as Chief Technology Officer of Aegon Life in India. He made the switch to Aegon UK in September 2022, bringing his vast transformation experience to the company as Chief Architect.

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Dougie will be responsible for driving the delivery of Aegon UK’s technology strategy, leading the development of our many digital systems and frameworks.
